About This Quote

Wanda is a minor character in the manga series Soul Eater. Her name was first revealed in Volume 8, but her first appearance was in Chapter 31, where she is first seen at Maka's school. She is an upperclassman of Maka's, but her exact class status is unknown. Wanda has a tendency to ask questions that are inappropriate to her age or not to the point. On the other hand, she does have a good heart and seems to have a strong desire to be nice, but it's hard for her to express herself because she doesn't have much experience with it.
